You are free to browse our entire web site: at no point will we request that you identify yourself or provide personal information to us.
At several points on our site, you are provided the opportunity to contact us via e-mail, fax, or telephone. We do not request that you provide any specific personal information to us in any of these communications, and all communications are strictly voluntary.
However, should you choose to contact us and in doing so, communicate personal information, any information you provide will be held in the strictest of confidence (including the company you represent, e-mail address, return telephone number and/or any other contact information you provide). 1CRM Corp. stores and uses this information for business purposes only, usually to enable us to contact you as a potential or current client, partner or supplier. This information will not be disclosed to any party outside of 1CRM Corp., nor will it be used for any other purposes without your consent, unless required by law.
Like most standard websites, our servers create log files when visitors access our site. Information recorded includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and pages visited on our site. These logs are used to analyze trends, administer the site, track users’ movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. Services data (“Services Data”) is data that 1CRM is provided access to in connection with the 1CRM Cloud Service and the related Services, such as data accessed through a 1CRM Cloud Service environment or data accessed through test, development and production environments. 1CRM treats Services Data in the manner set forth below.
Services Data Use
Services Data may be accessed and used to fulfill the requirements specified in any relevant 1CRM customer agreement for Services or Software Offerings. 1CRM technical staff may require periodic access to Services Data to monitor system performance, test systems and develop and implement upgrades to systems. Any temporary copies of Services Data created as a necessary part of this process are only maintained for time periods relevant to those purposes.
1CRM may also be required to provide personal information to comply with legally mandated reportings, disclosure or other legal process requirements. 1CRM reserves a limited right to disclose any personally identifiable information we receive if required by law or valid order of a court or other governmental authority, or if needed to protect the health and safety of 1CRM employees, a client’s employees, or the general public.
1CRM does not use Services Data except as stated above or as provided in any relevant 1CRM customer agreement. 1CRM may process Services Data, but does not control an 1CRM client’s information collection or use practices for Services Data. If an 1CRM client provides any Services Data to 1CRM, the client is responsible for providing any notices and/or obtaining any consents necessary for 1CRM to access and use Services Data as specified in this statement and any relevant 1CRM customer agreement.
1CRM’s access to Services Data is based on job role/responsibility. Services Data residing in 1CRM hosted systems is controlled via an access control list (ACL) mechanism, as well as the use of an account management framework. As 1CRM clients control access to Services Data by its end-users, end-users should direct any requests related to their personal information to 1CRM clients.
Certain 1CRM Cloud Offerings may provide 1CRM clients the ability to collect personal information, via cookies and other technologies, from their end-users. 1CRM clients should seek their own legal advice about any laws applicable to their collection of such information, so that 1CRM clients can be sure that they are complying with those laws, including providing any required notices and obtaining any required consents.
