The online Help system is a great way to learn more details of a particular feature in info@hand. It contains all the text and pictures of the info@hand User Guide in a format that makes it easy to search for specific topics.
Documentation
The info@hand Documentation set includes User and Implementation Guides for info@hand itself, as well as for the Self-Service Portal & eStore, the info@hand Finance for QuickBooks option, and more - all in handy PDF format.

  • Clients may request support at any time 24/7 using the Technical Support Request form. info@hand Support and Update Subscriptions are offered on these Terms of Service.
  • Incidents may be resolved via email, phone, or remote access to a client’s On Premise instance of info@hand, as appropriate.
  • Each info@hand installation also includes the Searchable Online Help system to assist users in finding out the finer details of advanced features.
  • All Technical and User documentation is available here. Use Adobe Acrobat Reader or Mac Preview to read, print or search these guides.
