info@hand may be purchased in two forms, both of which are available directly from us, 1CRM Corp., or from one of our many partners around the world:

• As software you install on your own server, or that of a local ISP. We call this the On Premise Software License option.
• As a hosted service. You just use a web URL that is set up for you, and never have to install the software or maintain a server. We call this the Cloud-Hosted Service option.

If you need software implementation, consulting, training, customization or other services, or if you want to use info@hand in a language other than English, and receive support in that language, you may be better served by purchasing info@hand Software or Service from a partner. info@hand On Premise Software License

For those organizations that wish to run info@hand on their own server (using the Linux, Windows Server, or Mac OS X server operating systems), we offer our On Premise Software License option:

• One-time per-user info@hand license fee US$280
• Annual per-user info@hand Support & Updates Subscription US$80
• One-time info@hand Finance server license US$995
• Annual info@hand Finance Support & Updates Subscription US$295
• Annual info@hand Module Designer license fee US$495
• Annual info@hand Portal & eStore Support & Updates Subscription US$495

The principal software license (see Software License details) for info@hand has no annual license fee - license it once, and use it as long as you wish. If you need to license more users later on, they can be added to your license easily, at the same price per user. The Support & Updates Subscription (see Terms of Service) is required in the first year, and optional thereafter. The Software License pricing includes the following products which are part of the standard info@hand system:

• The core info@hand CRM, including Order Management, Service Management, Project Management, HR, etc..
• info@hand Self-Service Portal & eStore, info@hand Mobile Access

On Premise Software Licenses must have a minimum of 2 users. If you would like to buy an info@hand On Premise Software License you can ask for a quote, or simply buy it right now.

info@hand Cloud-Hosted Service

For those businesses wishing to subscribe to the info@hand secure Cloud-Hosted Service, we offer these items:

• Annual per-user Service fee including Support US$360
• Annual fee for info@hand Finance option with Support US$995 (links to QuickBooks Server at your location)
• Annual fee for info@hand Portal & eStore option with Support US$695

There is a 5-user minimum for the service. All user sessions are fully SSL encrypted, using a standard info@hand certificate. If you would like to buy the info@hand Cloud-Hosted Service you can ask for a quote, or simply buy it right now.

Volume Pricing

Discounts apply for volume purchases of On Premise Software Licenses on a single order - 10% for 25+, 15% for 50+, and 20% for 100+. Discounts apply to On Premise Software License fees but not to On Premise Support Subscription fees.
